These terms and conditions apply to all flights booked and services provided to you by Global Trot Travel Ltd.

  1. All fares quoted or given to our clients are inclusive of all airport taxes and are valid at the date of quotation. Fares are also subject to change and availability. Fares may change due to fluctuations in the currency, increase in fares, introduction of new taxes, airfares and other applicable rules.
  2. Depending on the type of fare quoted, penalties may apply for requested changes, refunds, upgrades and no-show.
  3. Fares for flight reservations are valid within the deadline set by the system for ticket issuance and reservations. The fare is forfeited and booking gets cancelled due to failure to meet the deadline.
  4. Prices are guaranteed at the time of booking with immediate payments made in full.
  5. All fares for tickets issued are valid from the date of the ticket issuance and between one month to twelve months, beyond which fares are not valid or cannot be used.
  6. When an airline cancels its flight or makes changes to its scheduled departure date and time, for reasons such as, bad weather, technical faults or natural disasters, the airline compensates or accommodates the passengers in a hotel or transfers its passengers to another airline for carriage. In case of a safety reason or strikes by airport staff, the airline may issue a travel voucher good for travel only or refund the value of the whole ticket. The refund may not be immediate and may vary, depending on the airline’s cancellation policy.
  7. Fares and tickets issued are not transferable to another person other than the original name on the tickets. Flight reservations are booked based on the passports or ID information provided during the time of the booking. Incomplete names and other details provided for reservations for tickets invalidates the ticket.
  8. Baggage allowances may vary from airline to airline and also depend on the country of your destination. Any excess baggage price will be dictated by the airline at the airport and must be paid for at the airport. Depending on the airline and subject to the airline’s policy, the extra baggage could be calculated in our office by using the system and paid for in our office before embarking on any segment of the journey.
  9. Travel insurance could be arranged for you on request through our office.
  10. Depending on your destination country, the office could arrange an e-visa for the traveler through our representatives in the destination country.
  11. It is important to read and update yourself about the latest requirements of Covid-19 tests in the destination country. It is also important to carry your Covid-19 and yellow fever vaccination documents when traveling. Depending on the destination you are traveling to, failure to present these documentations may result in denial of being accepted at the destination or paying huge fines before entering the destination country.
  12. Passengers who have special needs such as wheel chair requests and special meals can inform us about it and it will be arranged for them through the airline at no extra cost. Note however that, special seats or preferential seats requested are payable and can be paid for based on availability during booking or paid directly on the airline’s website.
  13. Travel documents such as passports and IDs must not be 6months or less than 6 months old to expiration before the travel commences. Only valid travel documents are used for reservations.
  14. All international travels require valid passports for travel and the domestic travels require valid passports or valid Ghanaian national IDs. The valid passports must meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities.
  15. A traveler must have a valid visa for the destinations the traveler is traveling to. Ghanaians traveling to the West African countries and ECOWAS member states do not need visas.
  16. A fake visa in a fake passport of a traveler is the traveler’s responsibility upon arrest by authorities at the airports. We will not be liable for such acts and offences.
  17. Deposits are not accepted for services rendered. We only accept full payments for all transactions.
  18. Corporates are given seven days credit from the date of issuance to settle invoices issued to them
  19. Individuals must make payments before tickets are issued.
  20. Transport services are delivered with full tanks and must be returned to base with full tank with payment.
  21. Credit card transactions for our services must be made before delivery of service
